Viruses and spyware affect many parts of your computer programs. We use virus tools to remove the virus and spyware that invade your other programs but we are not responsible for the operation of these programs after virus has been removed.

If we recommend a full format and reload of your system (operating system, drivers & updates) and you decline to take this action, we will charge by the hour for disinfecting your system. Reloading of non-system programs is extra and based on an hourly charge.

Customer will be called if virus and spyware removal exceeds the minimum charge.
